Dr Sanj is the best

Had a consultation for braces with Dr Sanj and went for it then and there! The practice is immaculate and inviting, the staff are welcoming, and the elements of the consultation felt super high tech! Dr Sanj's clinical manner is perfect, he was professional, unhurried and has a genuinely warm persona. My squiggly teeth are a real sore point for me, but Dr Sanj talked so plainly and openly about the effects and speed of treatment that I didn't feel self-conscious at all, it was easy to be open and honest and feel excited about what's to come 😊 Also got a free hygiene air flow treatment as part of a special deal they're doing atm, so all in all feel super grateful to have found them! Can't wait for my new smile 😁😁

I can thoroughly recommend Smile Rooms in Wokingham. I’m thrilled with the results of my treatment. Sanjeeve explained the whole process really clearly at my consultation and at no point did I feel under pressure to go ahead with the procedure. Appointments were straightforward and painless. The clinic is spotless and super efficient. I was always welcomed with a smile and given excellent customer service by the reception team. I can’t thank Sanjeeve enough for the time and skill he put into achieving such a fantastic result!

As part of the treatment with Anisha I mentioned that one of my main front teeth was darker as it was surrounded by 2 crowns and I was not happy with the look. She came up with a couple of solutions and I decided to go for bonding.A tooth mould was made and then I was given whitening gel. I needed to wear that every night for about 2 weeks then leave it to settle for a week. That lifted the colour of all my teeth quite well and looked better already. When that was done a bonding was done to the tooth to get to match with the other teeth. Anisha took great care to get the colour to match. Once it was finished and I could see it I was amazed in that the tooth really did match the others beside it and it made my smile look so much better. I was very pleased with the result.

Honestly, walking away today from my final appointment after having composite bonding, I can safely say this was the best decision I have ever made! I booked in with Pritesh who did composite bonding on my teeth to help with some transparency that I had and the results are amazing. Visited today for the first time, for a hygienist appointment. I only called yesterday and they were able to offer me an appointment this morning. The hygienist, Precious, took her time, was gentle, informative and has done an excellent job of cleaning my teeth, the best I have ever experienced. I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I walked into reception to the time I left, I felt like a valued customer as the reception staff were warm and welcoming.

As always I am very pleased with the excellent treatment from Dr Pritesh Patel and all the team. The work carried out on my teeth has improved the look of them immensely so I am thrilled with the results.

My first experience at Smile Rooms Wokingham was amazing! Alessia on reception was so warm, friendly and informative!I booked a last minute appointment two days before online - which I found incredibly useful and easy to navigate. I visited for a hygienist appointment after discovering the mouth wash I’ve been using completely stained my teeth. Just look at the result 🤩. I even hugged Precious after the procedure as I was that happy with the outcome! Precious took the time to understand how I look after my teeth and provided me with information that was new to me. Best dentist ever. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, care, treatment and ethos of Smile Rooms. Super friendly staff, very clear explanation of treatment, what to expect and outcome. Over nearly a 12 month treatment plan, Kyle consistently delivered a Gold-Standard of dentistry that has exceeded my expectation. It has been stress-free, painless and enjoyable to a patient here, I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Best hygene clean I ever had 👍🏻 also had fillings done. I hate fillings (who doesn’t) I actually struggled to stay awake. No idea how they managed to do it with no pain or discomfort!

I've ended up having three appointments this week, and I have been incredibly impressed with everything. I usually hate going to the dentist, but Dr Patel put me at ease during the initial checkup. The hygienist appointment with Precious was also great. Today I had a filling with Diksha, and she was just brilliant - she was really friendly and took the time make sure that everything was perfect, and that I wasn't in any pain. The team at reception were also very helpful. Highly recommend.

Had Invisalign treatment here with Pritesh over 18 months or so. The whole place is so nice, all the receptionists are lovely and welcoming, and Pritesh is so great - was a bit nervous with some of the appointments as I didn’t really know what to expect, but Pritesh made me feel relaxed and made sure I was OK during the appointments. Definitely going to go back for any future dental appointments. Thanks everyone.

The staff and service was great. The receptionist was very welcoming, chatty, smiling and full of positive energy. Dr Kyle was friendly, professional and made me feel at ease,had a thorough examination and hygiene.Dr Sanj kept me up to speed at every step and always explained the plan and what to expect next from my invisalign journey which I thought will be more difficult than it is!! Life changing experience!I have not been to the dentist since before covid and I have been putting it off since. I have had some discomfort which made me pick up the phone and book for a check up. However when phoning my local dentist they have taken me off the books which lead me to Smile Rooms. Smile Rooms booked me straight in for the following week with Dr Kyle. Great customer service!I am prettified of the dentist and was very anxious. Dr Kyle took his time to introduce himself and was very interested in my thoughts and feelings about my teeth. He was not judgemental and was very understanding. After the check up I had to have further treatment on my teeth. They set me up with a treatment plan and booked me in for the following week. I was really impressed with the availability as I have two jobs and I was able to book around them.During my next couple of visits, the staff took extra care and support while being an anxious mess. I brought my Dad along for moral support. He was welcomed by the assistant by offering him a cup of tea while he waited in the room during my treatment.I highly recommend going to Smile Rooms and especially for nervous patients. Dr Kyle is fantastic and it’s the first time I can say, I’m looking forward to my next appointment.
